This page was written in response to the following link, where it’s claimed Mondelez are turning their lawyers onto a small producer claiming they are exploiting their trademark, which in this case is the colour of a chocolate bar wrapper.
The colours are barely even similar. The product and packaging are completely different. So different that I suspect this is really just a strategic move in a larger offensive, and their target is just collateral damage. These big companies have to defend their trademarks in order to keep them. In this case, they’re defending something that’s not even under attack!

So, if this is all true (and there’s no reason to suspect it is not), then shame on you Mondelez. Your claims are absurd. This is bullying behaviour. You lost a similar case against Nestle, so now you’ve gone to the other extreme to target a tiny manufacturer.
I will now specifically avoid buying your products. I could do with eating less processed rubbish anyway. The products that would affect me are in bold. I would readers to do similar.
